We have been renting from Renaissance Property Management for the past 8 years. They have always been kind and courteous. The have handled any concerns or maintenance requests we have had in a very timely manner and made sure the issues were resolved quickly. Liz has always responded to my calls or emails. When we were to Tracy from Las Vegas with only 3 weeks notice, she worked with us to make sure the home was ready for us when we arrived. I wrote a glowing, 5-star review for Liz and Renaissance Property Management when I started with them over 4 years ago, and my experience with them has only gotten better. If I could, I would give them a 6-star review, and I certainly should have written one a long time ago. Liz and her team have always been professional, and dealing with them has been beyond pleasant. As a landlord, all issues with the property and/or tenant was brought to my attention in a very timely fashion, and they have dealt with these issues with high urgency and efficiency. I have always wanted to be hands-off as a landlord, and they have made sure this was the case throughout my experience with Renaissance. As I stated in my previous review, Liz and Renaissance Property Management comes with my highest recommendation.

I met Liz in 2016 when I found my first rental property in Tracy, CA. She is very friendly, extremely fair, and completely ethical. Liz and her company ensure that your health and safety always remain top priority. Our water heater had busted while we were at work, so we had returned home to water draining out of our garage. Liz was able to have it replaced and installed within 24hours. Working with Renaissance Property Management brings so much peace and ease to our lives, I would recommend them to all my friends and family!!

Liz Tan from Renaissance Property Management has managed my 3 properties in Tracy and Stockton. She and her team did a great job in managing my properties and ensuring all issues got addressed in a timely manner. She got the contractors helping to get the repair done correctly. She also represented me to win a court case with my ex-tenant. She gave me a peace of mind so that we can focus on our regular daily jobs and not worry about my rental properties. She also helped me to sell my house in Stockton. I was pleased in working with her and her team.

I have used Liz Tan (owner of Renaissance Property Management) to manage my three properties in Discovery Bay, California since late 2017. These properties are very nice single family homes in two different gated communities in Contra Costa County near the Sacramento Delta. The homes constitute the vast majority of my retirement assets and I need them to be cared for carefully and diligently. I'm happy to say that Liz does that for me.

Liz is always responsive to my questions. We have timely conversations regarding the tenants, what improvements need to be made, and whether we should manage a particular issue one way or another. She always has good input. I am very pleased with the way she has attended to my needs and, especially, to the needs of the tenants. This, of course, is critical to the success of management, that is, keeping both the tenants and the landlords happy, not always an easy job. But Liz seems to accomplish this goal. There are, of course, certain unavoidable conflicts with certain tenants, but even then she does her best to maintain civility and to resolve any issues that come up.

She has a good cadre of professionals to handle everything from small handyman matters to major issues such as re-painting, landscaping and furnace and A/C replacement. She took care of what could have been a big problem when a pipe started leaking in a kitchen. She had it resolved and submitted to insurance in a timely way so that we had as little down time as possible.

I am very happy with Liz and give her my unreserved two thumbs up!

I have lived in my home for almost 10 years and Liz, robert and Jesse have all been wonderful. They have helped me whenever I’ve needed anything they keep in contact whenever something arises, and I never have to worry about my home not being taken care of. Liz is always very professional and very welcoming whenever I talk to her. Robert is always very helpful whenever I need anything done or fixed in my home.
