I rented a home from Frank for over 4 years, and was by far the best landlord/tenant situation I have had. When viewing the house originally, Frank was very timely with his responses and understanding on time to view the home. Once I moved into the house the situation was great. In my opinion a couple things make a landlord quality. First if there was an issue that issue to be handled quickly and correctly. This was done a couple times over 4+ years in the best fashion. Secondly, the process for paying rent monthly is simple an quick. The access to drop for the rent was convenient and easy, and compared to other rental situations in the past was superior. Lastly, I believe if you are paying your rent on time every month, it makes a good landlord to not up your rent all the time. I lived in the home and Frank and the owners allowed me to pay the same amount the entire time. When there were interactions with Frank, he was always friendly, kind, and understanding to my personal situation.

I would recommend RGB's home owners and Frank to manage them to anyone looking for a safe and high quality rental situation for themselves and loved ones. If there was a 6 star option I would select it. The best of the best IMO

We rented a home from Frank and lived there for 2 years before moving a few hours away. When you first contact him, he does have a lot of guidelines and requirements that must be meet and this is totally understandable. Once moved in if we ever had issues (which was rare) we never had a delay in response and maintenance was there in no time. I always enjoyed working with Frank. I would highly recommend RGB.

For the past five years, I have been leasing a duplex through RGB Property Management. From initial paperwork to maintenance issues, Frank has been professional, kind, prompt, and understanding. He respects his properties and his tenants, and he is quick to respond to issues that arise. When I moved in, I was going through a divorce and was coming from a large house inside a nice neighborhood. I was very discriminating while searching for a rental property because I wanted the transition to be easier for me and my children...and I wanted it to feel safe and like home. I appreciate the guidelines and respect RGB has for its properties and tenants, and I'm grateful for all Frank has done to care for the property. I've recommended RGB to a few friends who were looking for properties to move into, and I will continue to do so in the future.

Frank was my landlord for almost 4 years and he was great! The only time we had an issue come up he had it taken care of quickly and without any hassle for us. When we wanted to upgrade to a bigger house he helped us find the perfect one! I would definitely go to Frank at RGB if I need to rent a home again.

I called and asked about a house to rent and the guy Frank I believe his name was proceeded to tell me I probably wouldn't get approved because of my place of employment and that my credit score wasn't going to be good enough. I make over 2500 a month and my credit score is fairly high. There's a difference between high requirements and just being rude.
Also, when I told him what house I was looking at and there wasn't a for.rent sign in front of it so I was calling to make sure it was actually for rent he got snippy with me and asked why I was looking at it if I didn't know for sure. When I tried to explain it was on zillow he kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me talk.

Rudest man I have ever dealt with. Your company is a joke and that isn't how you treat someone who is wanting to rent from you.

Called about a couple properties to rent and while on the phone with the gentlemen in charge he brought into question my legal status, tax situation, and numerous other information. when I seemed hesitant to answer some of these on the phone he said I didn't fit the qualification and should rent from somebody else, then rudely hung up the phone. I have a clean legal situation, no tax problems, and make over 2000 a month, I'm sure I would have qualified. I just hope some of the actual property owners read this and find a better company to represent their interest because I really did like several properties and now every time I see an RGB sign I don't even keep looking.

Awful, I rented from Frank a few years ago, he was just beyond disrespectful. Our furnace went out on a Friday night in October, we didn't get home to noticed it until after 7pm. We called him and he proceeded to yell at us about how we should of let him know before this time frame and now it was going to cost a ton for a guy to come out on a Saturday, he wanted to make us wait until Monday, although i gave him a friendly reminder we had a infant in the house.The windows were awful, wouldn't lock or anything. I highly suggest staying away from this company.

I called about a property to see if we could drive by and see it and the guy that answered the phone was completely un-professional and very rude! He said it was still being lived in and for us not to intrude by walking around the yard, we just wanted to drive by and i called to make an appointment to view it. He didn't even give me his name! The property rents for $1,500.00 a month, he said since their were going to be 3 of us as roommates each of us had to make $5,000.00 a month in income, $15,000.00 a month really!! If we made $15,000.00 a month we wouldn't be looking to rent a dump they were offering for $1,500.00 duh! I would never rent from such rude people it makes you wonder how they really treat their tenants. I would steer clear of this company!
