I rented a new apartment. Was told no one had ever lived there. There were picture holes in the walls and drag marks in the kitchen and dining area. I always paid my rent early and sometimes paid two months in advance.

The landlords never bothered me and I them. When it came time to move in my new house, I took the courtesy to ensure everything was as it was when I rented. They refused to give me back my deposit.
I was blamed for the many nail holes in the wall and claimed they had to reclean the kitchen. I was very disappointed, but I did not want to go to court over $500 or $700 dollars. I really don't remember. The man's wife handled the apartments.

I strongly suggest never renting from RGL, unless you have deposit money to give away.

Recommend this company. Looking for a apartment. Don't call no one else. If there's one available. Prepare yourself to move in to a nice reasonable priced apartment. Custom build give them a call.

The apartment we rented from them was very pretty, and they were very prompt in resolving whatever limited issues we had. Tracy was as good a landlord as you could hope for! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We just completed new construction of our home and the entire process could not have been better. From start to finish, Jay and Billy were fantastic to work with! The subcontractors that they use were all very professional, reliable, and did impeccable work. Any question or concern we had was always dealt with promptly and efficiently. Although I know they had multiple projects going along with ours, I always felt like a top priority and that is invaluable when making such a large investment. Thanks RGL!
