Used Ric Newman for over ten years. He was never ever responsive, and his staff was always very unresponsive, and overall they were really not very helpful in any way. I cannot recommend them at all. We had to jump through the hoops to get switched to another local State Farm agent for some policies. Ultimately we went away from State Farm for some other policies. It is too bad as I had/have been with State Farm exclusively for over 50 years. Beware of this agent...

Was a "customer" for 3 years. He never reached out to me once. Has a woman who works for him who is impossible to get a hold of and hardly knows how to use a computer. Expect response times +48 hours, if at all. Moved my business to a new agent.
