At the risk of jeopardizing myself, I feel the need to inform any possible future tenants of my experience with this company. I have always paid my rent on time and in full, and this company has never been so kind as to fix any of the problems I've had with my rental property. Every sink leaks, the plumbing in the vanity leaks, all of the vinyl flooring is loose, bubbled up, and peeling up, and has been since day one, with nails sticking out of them everywhere that cut your feet. The front porch light doesnt work, even with new bulbs. I haven't had a working stove or oven since I moved in almost four years ago. Multiple attempts to have one provided were fruitless endeavors, as the maintenance guy called me the last time and said, "Stop calling, I'm gonna pick one up for you tomorrow and bring it out to install it." Its been about a year since then and I've never heard from them since about it. Last month, my automatic withdrawal failed, even though I had more than enough balance to pay for it. I called, asked why, and was told, "Its an issue with your bank, call them and sort it out." So I did, and was promptly told by Arvest that 'this sort of thing is out of our control, we have no bearing on these matters.' The Arvest associate told me that this happens sometimes with realty offices putting in the wrong routing and account numbers. Basically it was absolutely not Arvest's fault and there was nothing they could do. After calling back and explaining everything, I was told there was nothing I could do and they had no solution. I went on my own accord and decided to make a one time payment and end my automatic withdrawal system and start another for the following months, through the awful tenant portal that we are forced to use. I could keep going but at least I have a roof over my head, so Rice Realty has earned 1 star. At least I can always move someday when i can afford to, and stop cooking spaghetti on a propane grill outside like a hobo. Thank you for your time.

Very poor customer service, does not respond to calls, emails. Agrees to commitments and then completely ignores them and doesnt update potential clients. ABSOLUTELY avoid doing business with this company. Rebecca was flat out disrespectful.

I came in to rent a home that was available, and they denied me saying I need a 3,000 income, When they jobs is paying less than what I'm use to making! But the rent is 750.00 and just moved from a place that the rent was that amount, Now I'm from out of town and I think this is unrealistic and a lil prejudice because I have more than enough income to rent this home!
