It took at least a year for my sister and I to reach the difficult and emotional decision to sell our parents’ home. Then they went the extra mile, regularly checking on the place and making sure the new shrubs were taken care of.

In terms of the sale, their marketing materials, both on the web and the booklet, really hit on the strong points of the house. They were super helpful in working through paperwork and disclosures. They were always available to talk, and kept us informed. In the end they helped us sell the house at a price we were happy with, and enabled the escrow process smooth and drama free.
