Matt did a wonderful job explaining to my 9-year-old the importance of stretching to improve mobility for both sports and everyday activities. He was patient, clear, and made the experience comfortable and positive. My son left with a big smile and said he felt much better after his adjustment. Highly recommend—especially for athletes of all ages!

I’ve been having what the doctors are telling me is a sciatica flare up (don’t recommend it) for just over a week. Trouble sleeping and just functioning normally has been a challenge. The thought of getting a massage made me want to throw up as I was in so much pain and couldn’t even imagine anyone touching me even for a minute. I called Wednesday night at 4:58pm and got a 30 minute massage with Amber at 9:30 Thursday morning and I literally feel like she saved my life. Will definitely be looking forward to my next appointment 🩶

I had the best experience at a chiropractor office I’ve had so far and I’ve been quite a few times to well known and recommended places in town, none compare. They are clean, professional and friendly. Dr. Hellem was so helpful and knowledgeable. He adjusted my body as a whole not just my back. Previous chiropractor visits elsewhere was a quick in and out “transaction” rather than being heard and adjusted fully to my bodies needs. Highly recommend. Hands down best chiropractor I have been to.

I have seen many chiropractors in my life but Dr. West is probably one of the best, if not the best, I've seen. He was very knowledgeable and got my stiff body to move and adjust easier than anyone had. I will continue to see him from here on to keep things aligned!!! ☺️

Had such a great experience, this was my first time coming to a chiropractor, and everything was just super quick and easy they got me and checked me out and told me exactly what to expect and made sure I was okay through out the whole adjustment process. 10 out 10 would definitely recommend to everyone!

Dr West and Dr Lusk are the best! I’ve been going to Dr West now for 16 years and he has been great at alleviating whatever pain or discomfort I am in. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind and a great doctor! I’d highly recommend Riverwoods Chiropractic and Massage for all your bodywork needs!
