I stored my RV here for 11 months while living in Phoenix. Johnathan made the move in and move out process extremely easy! One quick phone call both times and everything was taken care of. The storage yard is very well kept and there are no abandoned vehicles or other junk around. We had no issues with security or damage to our trailer. Best of all, there’s plenty of room to maneuver around and back in to your spot, something that I have found to be a big challenge at some of the other facilities I’ve stored our camper at. Definitely a place that values quality of storage space over quantity! Great location too if you like to take your camper up north, as you’re right on the highway headed out of Phoenix.

I moved my travel trailer here when it was the Covered Wagon. I had a bad experience at a prior location and was very concerned when the Covered Wagon change ownership. My concerns were soon proven unsounded as things begin to improve. Outstanding customer service in a clean an ever improving facility.

UPDATE: New Manager, Terri, reached out and has offered to rectify earlier problems. We greatly appreciate your quick response and your kindness in understanding the difficulties over the last several months. Thank you Terri and Covered Wagon owner. 5 stars! EARLIER MSG: Manager Kari is dishonest. Misused trusted credit card info, overcharged us several months and will not return money. We were 3x repeat customers and she took advantage of us. She resides in FL and attempts to operate a business in AZ. Beware! No stars would be better rating.

I very rarely write a review for a company but felt it important to share my thoughts about Covered Wagon RV and Boat Storage. They have been nothing but spectacular to work with over the almost two years I have stored my 5th wheel with them. The manager Terri is so friendly and accommodating that I would not hesitate to refer my best friends or family to her. I shared with her that I have never called an organization and had a live, friendly person answer the phone EVERY TIME I called. Maybe it is the luck of the draw, but Terri answers the phone even when she is busy off site on other projects. I am not sure how much Covered Wagon pays Terri, but based on her customer service skills and friendly, accommodating demeanor, I would suggest they got a steal.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND COVERED WAGON for storage needs.
