I am only submitting a star because it requires you to do so in order to post a review. In reality, I would not even recommend this old hovel hustler or his shady outfit to someone I didnt like. Robert Craig is a consumate snowball artist & an absentee slumlord at best. He is deliberately slow in addressing repairs and takes full advantage of the state of Arkansas' draconian laws regarding rental property. He also refuses to shake anyones hand. So does his wife. This attitude is reflected in his business practices. Be warned.

I been renting from him for years I have never had a problem him and his wife are very nice people I hated that the apartments I lived in got sold and they were know longer my landlords😞

They said I didn’t qualify because I had 2 hospital bills on my credit nothing else my credit report showed that everything else in my name was paid on time I made way more income then needed I had money and everything ready but they was so rude towards me
