Talking to whomever answers the phone is rediculous!! They can't find all my accounts, won't go by my address......placed me on hold, for what I have no idea. This I absolutely uncalled for!! They claim my name isn't spelled correctly!! Why can the people in the walk-in office find my account with no problem, but the people you reach when you call the number listed can't seem to find anything!!!

Went on with my husband to discuss Payment arrangements and they pretty much told us to get out until they contact us because it's not their problem. Um excuse you but I'm trying to pay you and you're telling me not to bother until you're ready to set up arrangements? That's some crap.

This is the most horrible collection agency ever. Their employees are so rude it's sick. The management is just as nasty as all their employees. if someone's bill got sent to collections there is a good chance that they are having a difficult time. Your snarky comments and nasty attitude are uncalled for. Period.

I got a nasty letter in the mail saying that I was behind in my payments.. for one im not and I call an told them that..luckly I kept all my money order receipt they are very rude. they don't want to listen to what you have to say but they expect you too listen to what they have to say I cant wait till this is all over

The whole experience dealing with the staff here was terrible. There was one lady that was extremely pleasant to work with though! The others act like they have never been in a rough spot in their life!

These people are useless. I missed one payment now that want to garnish my check. I went in to give them my debit card to take out payment. And they said to late. They are worst ppl

The worst customer service. Try to pay a bill they refused to give a receipt for payment. Expect you to leave cash in a doorway with no proof of payment. 45min 8 ppl later still unable to make a payment.

Tried calling the number several times, it did not matter which option I chose they all said unavailable and then disconnected. How are we supposed to talk to anyone! Didn't even want to give 1 star had no choice!
