I have had State Farm for a few years and their customer service is outstanding. They explain my policies in a way I understand by using examples of when I would need it. Also when my car needed to go in the shop they guided me through the steps I needed to take with my car service and getting a rental. They check in on me periodically making sure that I am okay and I have everything I need and all of my questions are answered. I will be moving to New Mexico and even though I’ll be leaving I will be keeping State Farm and I plan to stay a long time member. They are kind and respectful people and they live up to the State Farm slogan “like a good neighbor, State Farm is there”

We have been with Roger Clark State Farm insurance for the past four years since moving to Arkansas. We have our house both cars and an umbrella policy. Anytime we reach out with questions we receive answers if clarifications are needed follow up is always a quick response. Recently we Reached out to Roger Clark and his team to help us with getting auto insurance for An international family who just moved to the US. Though State Farm was not able to insure them they pointed us to another local company and walked us through the whole situation till this new company was able to insure them. Alexis at State Farm was always so readily available to help in this process. Our friends now have a car that is fully insured thanks to all the kind efforts.
