Roger Wingfield State farm exemplifies the motto " like a good neighbor ". Literally, everyone in the office knows me by face and name. Whether I come in, call or they run into me in public, I'm always greeted and acknowledged with a smile and genuine ask of " How can we help? " We have been customers for over 20 yrs, after leaving a competing company following an unsatisfactory claim resolution. We have had both auto and homeowners claims and have been very satisfied with our resolutions with Wingfield statefarm. We could, possibly save money on premiums to transfer to another insurer, but the personal relationship that Wingfield maintains with their customer base ( not just me, all of their customers) is more valuable than the $ I might save. When we have had to call and report a claim, the FIRST thing any of our agents has said was " Oh no! Is EVERYONE OK? , before asking a single other question about details." . They genuinely care about the human aspect, over the " insured loss" . We love our Good neighbors, agents, and staff!
