I have not worked with Ronald Wang, but his associate Tanya Cruz has been wonderful in assisting me with changing to a California policy.

She's thorough and follows up which is incredibly helpful. She helped sort a situation that my previous Texas agent had completely butchered causing me to lose over $300. Tanya helped figure out what the issue was and is helping me get my money back.

Ron and his team are exceptional in providing customer services. Even with products they can no longer insure, they still go above and beyond to refer us to someone else who can help. They have a team of talented people who are fluent in Mandarin and Spanish and can help if customers need support in different languages. I let her know my Budget and she informed on my options. She told me I can go with something in my price range and that later on down the line I can upgrade my policy.
