The State Farm office of Rose Mary Nunes has been by far one of the best insurance agent offices I have ever worked with. I've been with State Farm for 3 years now and I know I made the right choice moving all my insurance needs to State Farm. Rose Mary and her team go above and beyond to provide their customers with the best service ever. They ensure that all my insurance needs are met, make sure that I am getting all available discounts, and their insurance prices are very competitive. I've shopped many other different insurance carriers and they cannot compete with the rates I am getting with State Farm. Aside from all of that, the agents at this office are very in tune with what their customers need and make sure we are not overpaying for anything we might not need. I receive courtesy emails from them when renewal time hits and they will check in on me and verify mileage on my vehicles to ensure the renewals are not in excess annual mileage of what I actually drive which helps to keep the premiums down. Their customer service is stellar and if you call, someone always answers and is able and willing to help. If you send an email, you get a speedy response. It doesn't get better than that. Bundle all your insurance needs together. You get better deals that way. For as long as the agents at this office work for State Farm, they will always have my business.

I’ve had a policy with this Statefarm for a little over a year now. Never had an issue. I had question yesterday and it was answered by Lisa when I called.. But I wanted to double check something. So I called again this morning and I was helped with ease. Due to it being a new year & inflation, my policy had gone up. Natalie also helped me tremendously this morning get it down by almost everything it went it up by. So I’m happy about that. I recommend both Natalie and Lisa if you have any questions or concerns. I've been with Rosemary for many years and she's always had great staff in her office that are helpful and knowledgeable. Hooray for Elizabeth's stellar customer service! Our premiums were going up but she took the time to work with me on the phone, going over all of our policies and offering some possible solutions that we could choose from to keep our rates within reason. We wanted to stay with State Farm (after 40yrs!) but yes, we were shopping around trying to find better pricing. And I was able to get rates that were a li'l be lower with a different carrier, but I seriously doubt anyone could beat Elizabeth's intelligent and creative customer service - which is what ultimately swayed us to stay with State Farm.
