Does this look safe to you? They started unpermitted work on my second floor balcony with wood rot for 3 years and haven’t been back since last Thursday. Does this look safe to you? Does this look like a management company or HOA Warner Woods 3 that you want handling your property? They took off the flooring and left a 3 foot rectangle with no wood over it then took 4-5 feet of railing off. The left it. I am a renter - but is this who you want handling your property?

Update - still no balcony railings, no discount on rent, now the electrical grids in the units have to be replaced. Ugh. I wonder if they will get a permit for that or fly by the seat of their pants?

It has been a pleasure working with Araz and Krysti. Their professionalism and dedication have made navigating the many moving parts of our community a much smoother experience. Their problem-solving abilities have been tremendous, and I truly appreciate their efforts in addressing the various tasks and challenges we encountered.

I am moving to Doheny Plaza and Laura Cervantes is the manager of that location. I was thrilled to learn it was managed by Ross Morgan. Normally, buyers in escrow don’t get direct access to management but without hesitation Laura took her time answering every single one of my many questions.
