R&R is a breath of fresh air!! I was stuck in a rut with an insurance broker that I had for a while. They used to believe in customer service but they were bought by a different company and my contact person retired ... Bad combination.

The last couple years was an email with rate increases and no conversation or explanation. I called R&R and got a lot of questions! Then I got follow up questions. Then verification followed by quotes.

The end result was more customer service from an insurance carrier in 2 weeks than I have had in a couple years! The team at R&R is thorough and customer focused. Commercial policy was audited by the carrier and nobody reviewed it and 32,000.00 was drafted from my bank account , after further review it was a mistake on the carrier side. R&R was very slow to respond to phone calls or Emails. I’ve been in business for 25years and have never been this disappointed in an insurance company.
