I would highly recommend Jenny & Rural Mutual Insurance. When I needed to add my son to my auto insurance I shopped the market for agents and quotes, of all the quote requests I made, Jenny was the most responsive. Jenny focused on ensuring I had the appropriate coverage for auto and home. Overall experience was wonderful and she continues to help as needed when questions arise. I would highly recommend Jenny & Rural Mutual. I've recently relocated to Wisconsin. Once I had a new home scheduled for closing, I shopped the market for agents and quotes, of all the quote requests I made, Jenny was the most responsive. Jenny was focused on more than a quote, she made a point to discuss details over the phone and not just by email, focused on ensuring I had the appropriate coverage for home, auto and liability. Once I had made the decision to choose Jenny and Rural Mutual, she took over, contacting my mortgage company to make all necessary insurance arrangements for closing and cannot forget bundling the auto, which she took care of transitioning my auto from my previous insurer to Rural Mutual. Have not had this level of professionalism before, while a competitive price is important, it's more important to know you're properly covered.

Jenny is simply the BEST. I would highly recommend her as an agent. She was so kind and patient while walking me through my insurance plan. I really appreciate how thorough she was throughout the entire process to make sure that none of my questions were left unanswered. This is super important because this is my first time getting my own insurance policy. She also really cares about her clients.
