This year I turn 65 and being brand new to the Medicare field I went to a seminar that Erik presented to get more information about the Medicare system. It was very helpful and I gained a lot more knowledge from this. When I found out at the end that he also can help you obtain a Medicare policy that is fit for your needs, I took advantage of this as well.. I am now enrolled in a policy that I feel will be perfect for me . Thank you Erik for all the help that you have given to me, you have saved me a lot of stress and a lot of time. Definitely coming back to you again next year when it comes enrollment time !

I cannot say enough about this Insurance Agency. Heading into retirement, Social Security, and Medicare is frightening, but Erik and his kind demeanor got me through it. He explained things to me and answered all my questions. He researched Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs and Medicare Supplement policies to the extent that he understood my concerns about affording some of my medications, as I have a progressive medical condition. Whenever I called with questions, he called back. When I sent a message or email, he responded quickly. I was able to select my own coverage confident I made a good choice; and I did. As a new year started, working with Erik, different coverage would be needed and he stayed on top of it and, again, we were able to find a plan that I could live with. This young man is patient, kind, and so helpful, and knows what he is doing. If I could give him 10 stars, I would very happily do so! Thanks you so much Erik, for everything you do.

Erik was kind, supportive, and patient as I asked him many questions regarding Medicare Healthcare. He was able to show me options with my costs and once I had decided, he completed ALL the necessary paperwork for both me and my husband. His answers have proven to be true, thus far and I am not expecting any surprises going forward. Something to keep in mind: Medicare takes 2+ MONTHS to process adding Part B!! Even though my application was submitted in early November, it was only "official" via Social Security this past week. I STILL do not have my updated Medicare card which has Part B listed! (I've been told that this will take another 2-3 weeks to arrive!)
