Eric Laffon was extremely helpful in reviewing all my existing insurance requirements and obtaining more coverage at lower premiums, I switched to Russellville Insurance Agency and saved considerably. I recently wanted to purchase a high performance vehicle but I wasn't sure about the insurance, Eric always responded immediately when I sent him a VIN number to check the cost of insurance, I sent several. We had to travel out of State to purchase the vehicle we decided on, Eric not only provided excellent coverage at a very good price but emailed an insurance ID card on my request that day so we could pick up the car in Ohio.
I would strongly recommend Russellville Insurance Agency and Eric Laffon.

I had a small accident just as I changed insurance companies. I was so pleased with the service I received from Clarksville Insurance Agency, Inc. Eric Laffoon went above and beyond what I felt he needed to do. He called and checked on me. He came out and inspected my garage door, making sure it was okay. He made arrangements for a rental car when the local rental agency didn’t have any available. He made sure my vehicle was repaired like it should be. I’m very pleased I changed agencies. I was able to keep the same policy, only changing agencies. Thank you CIA and especially Eric. On top of everything else, I called him on his honeymoon (no I did not know) and he answered my call. He promised to get back with me when he got home, and he did! I highly recommend CIA. Glad they have a Russellville office!
