Candice and her team at RVA Rentals are highly recommended from a landlord side of the business.
We only used her business for a year, but we were very happy with the help she was able to provide us during and after our business relationship.
Candice does just about everything for you - pictures, showing the property, finding good tenants, and managing whatever issues come up during the people’s stay.
The one minor issue I had was when Candice is not there. She is literally EVERYTHING behind the business. When she was out we had a harder time getting in contact with the rental company and resolving issues.

As a property owner, RVA rentals and especially Candice is a breeze to work with. She is professional, responsive and gives guidance when needed. I know that I can contact her 24/7 and she will get right back with me. She takes pride in being fair to both her tenants and property owners. We should know as she has insisted on repairs we should make ASAP as owners and also at times explaining to our tenants what can wait or aren't priorities. We may not like to hear all her requests, but she is always fair and correct in the end. She also helps navigate third party vendors such as plumbers, HOAs and other repairman. Homeowners and Managers have no special magic bullet for getting repairs done overnight. We are still just homeowners calling the same repairmen in the area... Some are awesome and some repairmen never get called again, but Candice helps by discussing this with the tenants and keeping them in the loop while I try to get repairs accomplished quickly and fairly. She communicates often about everything including all landlord law changes, tax preparation help, and tenant requests to name a few. Overall, she has always provided us with reliable tenants who pay on time and leave our home as it was when they started the lease. Her rental policies are steadfast and ensure that both we as homeowners and my tenants are satisfied. In fact through her leadership and guidance we are buying another rental home and putting her on speed dial as our manager.

Wow- what an absolutely amazing company! I am reviewing Rva rentals as a first hand source. I’d like to start off by saying I’m currently in my second property (rented) with Candice and even though the original home rented was a jam packed episode of Ducks Dynasty mixed with Jerry Springer, she always remained calm and did her very best to mediate. Many exhausting nights she went above and beyond to both convey the message from the home owners family members to trying to keep our family safe from the drama and erratic behaviors of their family outside. No matter how ridiculous the request was from the original owner she would complete her tasks as the managing party and update me on the requests and such. She also did not have to rent to us again but amid the drama and two of years of pure hell Candice went out and located my beautiful family and I a new home which we have now rented from her for about half a year, with zero issues. It has been a dream come true and she spent time getting to know our neighbors here to make sure it would not be another episode of something found on a Comedy Central episode. My sons love her, she stopped by when my newest son was born and calls just to chat and say hi. My family and I are beyond blessed to be apart of Candice’s portfolio and we now have not just a tentative landlord who cares about both parties, but a friend. Thank you Candice and I’m so glad to see the success you’ve had with RVA. Remember, keep on keeping on! 🐠

Candice is a great property manager. She is knowledgeable about the Richmond Area and will do a great job showing your property and ensure that you get a great tenant for your property. I live out of state and I have peace of mind because she does an awesome. She’s always ready and available to provide her expertise and assistance to me and is very relatable. I highly recommend her.

New tenant. Candice is super nice when she’s trying to get you to rent however, if you have any issues with the property during your move-in inspection, she will tell you that what you plainly see isn’t accurate, will flip out and accuse you of accusing her of lying… she will not bother to physically meet to do a walkthrough together…. And then will entirely stop responding to your attempts to communicate. Don’t bother logging maintenance tickets because they will close them without bothering to resolve anything.
