I have dealt with Salzberg for a long time. Sometimes the receptionist can be very nasty. My agent did not give me the greatest help and cost me more money paying DMV reinstatement fees. I don't think I was given great advice from Mrs Clark pertaining to my auto insurance. Then she gave me inaccurate information and can say it was not her fault. You do better doing the research yourself. I also had to find other insurance on top of her telling me she can't insure me because of the situation. Stay away from Salzberg or do your homework yourself. Very Disappointed customer.

I have used Salzberg Insurance for years. I have had only the best personal service from ALL of the employees. They are intuitive, understanding and knowledgable. I have my business, personal and car insurance with them. This is a smaller, more intimate, well-run company that gives excellent customer service. You will not get this one-on-one service and individual attention from a bigger, national company. I appreciate them and have been a customer for many years.
