Sam was awesome! As being a first time renter, I was clueless of how the process went. Sam made everything extremely easy, and guided me through the process the entire time. Was available to answer questions even at odd hours, was extremely persistent on making sure I got approved, and ultimately made my first time as enjoyable as it could’ve been. I’m very grateful for Sam and all of his help, and ultimately wouldn’t have gotten the place I did in such a short amount of time if it wasn’t for him.

Sam is one of the few people in this industry that genuinely cares about the clients he's involved with.

To make a brief summary, his communication has been on point, he's ordered parts and had them delivered within days of voicing concerns, contracted the servicing of the unit within a couple weeks but usually inside of a week and made all the necessary changes/addendums to the lease in a timely manner.

Sam is probably the first broker/manager I've worked with that I trust has my best interest at heart!

Sam is a great property manager. We had a different manager who didn't get the job done at all. We were lucky that Sam took over. He is always on top of issues and has our best interests in his mind. He always comes up with good suggestions, whether it's fixing our properties or resolving any issue with the tenants. Sam is the consummate professional in all aspects of property management and as a real estate agent.

As a property manager he was very much proactive. He thoroughly vetted prospective tenants, ensured that they were happy tenants and very cost conscious on repairs.

When I let him know I was planning on selling the property, he let me know that he was a real estate agent as well. After meeting with him and discussing his real estate prospective, I decided to go with him. I thought if he did real estate like he does property management, then it was a no-brainer.

I really appreciated his insights and open communication with the process and my expectations with both, being a homeowner renting a property and being a home seller.
