We signed with Sam to list our San Clemente house after spending six months on the market with another local agent/broker without a single offer. My Wife and I spent a year and a half looking for the right home in San Clemente and with Sam Smith's patience and help, we found it. Sam helped us identify the type of home over the time span and hung in there with us in spite of the prolonged process.

We always felt at ease with Sam. He never tried to sway us or push us in any direction. Once we finally narrowed down our criteria, Sam guided us through several searches until we found the right home. Living in San Clemente for 30 years I feel very blessed. Driving back and forth to work and around town
I get to enjoy the most beautiful ocean & sunset views! Our downtown reminds me of Mayberry ( aging myself ) but there is always a friendly person to say hello or a bench to rest and enjoy the activities. Speaking of activities we have wonderful events that appeal to every area of interest; car shows, chowder competitions, roasting chestnuts ( Don't miss upcoming " Puttin on The Glitz" event this weekend) and so much more!
