Rented from Bitterlin since 2016, by far, the best experience I've had. Doretta, Commercial Asset Manager, is fantastic. Always responds, has a strong relationship with each and every tenant and has a great book of vendor and service providers that do quality work whenever there is a repair needed. She is awesome and the entire team is great too.

I’ve lived in my unit for just under two years and never had anything go wrong until today when my hot water heater busted, flooding my yard (luckily not the inside of my home). I called the my company at 2:30pm and it is now 5:45pm and it is all fixed up with a brand new hot water heater. They’ve always been responsive on any other questions I might’ve had but this was the only time I felt there was an emergency and they jumped into action. Very happy with this rental company!
