I have rented from them for three months . Yes I've had issues with my home that Ana has resolved quickly . Yesterday was a clogged sink Ana sent plumber only to find out it was much larger than a clogged pipe it was the septic tank. Today she has managed to get septic guy out here before we go into holiday weekend. Things are changing with this company and Ana is a amazing woman who cares about her rental clients

I don't care how desperate you are DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!! you will be battling roaches and homeless people. They don't fix anything or even clean up the area, the trash is usually overflowing all over the ground in the parking lot, none of the wash houses are open because smokers have trashed them so there is no on-site laundry and you can't have anything of value because it will get stolen. One of the property managers has a bad attitude and the other will tack extra money onto your late fee and pocket the difference oh and they will charge you upwards of 1450 for a raggedy one bedroom that they barely cleaned out AND they will be charging water and trash starting next month. It's isn't worth it folks. 😕

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SHITBAGS. THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE,THEY ARE LIARS AND IF YOU NEED REPAIRS THEY WILL NOT REPAIR OR CLEAN ANYTHING. THEY WILL NOT HORNOR THERE CONTRACT. THANKS TO THEM IAM STILL HOMELESS AND LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE. I HAD TO BREAK LEASE 3DAYS AFTER MOVE IN DAY! BC THE UNIT IS NOT A HABITABLE LIVING SPACE FOR ANYONE.
