The roof got fixed exactly a year ago. They did such a great job of replenishing the roof last year that every time we get rain, I have my own personal waterfall in my living room coming from my heater. The heater doesn’t work anymore btw so why not turn it into a personal waterfall? It’s perfect since management won’t come fix it after 3 bone-chilling weeks. Management is depressingly horrible as I had very high hopes for the initial personality I received. The audacity is recession prices high. The hostility is unwarranted even towards The Great Enemy of The Mario Brothers, Bowser. Customer service standards at this complex are in the Ripley’s World Record Book for being the lower than a buried oil rig. Mexican non English speaking Roofers came into my home posing as a heater company just to take a picture of the discolored ceiling. I love how California creates such a broad spectrum of entrepreneurs these days.

This building has been sold to a couple of companies since I've lived there for the last 5 years or so, and the last is by far the worst. World Unity International Management Company currently owns this building. When you call for maintenance, they answer the phone like you are bugging them. They transfer you to someone who is equally as rude and non-cooperative. They say they're going to call you back and I've literally waited over a month for them to fix my shower head that has split and needed to be replaced more than three times this last year because Plumbing is a huge problem in this building. the maintenance man has told me that plumbing is a huge problem with all of the units in the last. But this morning after he showed up banging on my door over an hour late for the appointment that they pressured me into making he starts to tell me that he will not continue to fix my shower and that I will have to pay someone to fix it. It's not my fault, and I did nothing to make the plumbing a disaster that it is. Additionally him nor the manager on site apologized for him being over hour late or gave any type of excuse. He had enough energy to argue with me at my front door at 9am in the morning about the shower but he didn't have enough energy to wake up and come do the job that the manager scheduled him to do at the time she suggested to me. The aggressive attitude, lack of communication, and responsibility are unacceptable. People who are in management and maintenance positions need to have customer service skills, but everyone who represents this new management company has lacked that and dropped the ball.

It is an older building that is well kept by the apartment manager Mr. Francisco. There are mostly working class tenants so it is a quiet building. There are times when the kids in the building get loud but Francisco respectfully solves the problem.
