I have been renting my entire life. Evan (and Aimee) have been the single most amazing humans in the world. I have never felt so welcomed when moving into an apartment. They strive to make this apartment complex feel like a true community. The maintenance team (Javier and Davis) have been amazing, helpful, super responsive and professional. Super cool guys. Evan and his team are unmatched. They treat me like family. I have never lived in a more beautiful apartment. I feel like the luckiest guy in the world, no joke.

Ps. The whole team should get a raise.

Love my new loft and the staff is amazing. The social events orgized by management are fun and love how they always strive to build and bring a commmunity together. Also, San Pedro is a great super friendly community. The building is kept up impeccably and the layouts are super cool.

The ONLY reason I will give the Bank Lofts a 4 star is bc of Katie the manager. She is not only a sweetheart, she truly does everything in her power to make this residency your home.

Anytime, anything breaks, for example my garbage disposal went out, the maintenance crew, led by Edwin, are swift to act and extremely professional.

I also heard the Bank Lofts will be upgrading the 3rd floor patio area, which will be nice if you are one that likes to bbq and have get togethers with friends and family.

Yes, it's downtown San Pedro, and yes, the city is quite dirty, but coming home to the Bank Lofts is a piece of tranquility among the mess.

The views are extremely nice; the double balconies are truly nice to sit down and rest your bones after a long day of work.

The open floor plan makes these extremely roomy and the 2 full bathrooms are definitely a bonus. This unit has a humongous walk-in closet upstairs, and a roomy storage closet downstairs (I don't think all of the units are exactly the same). If you are going to choose an upstairs unit it is hard to make your room completely dark because of the skylight and arched window.

We enjoy having the Nest AC unit and the ability to keep the house cool for our dogs while we are away. If you do plan on just using the windows and outside air, beware, the air quality is pretty dirty and the window seals will get black from the smog.

If you are planning on moving here, and love to walk, beware, hobo camps are only 2 blocks away (and yes, my wife and I have both almost stepped on hypodermic needles on several occasions). And yes for some reason the hobos get to own cats and dogs; I would avoid 8th/9th and beacon/centre. The transients have completely made the streets their home.

A good friend of mine just moved here . I use to clean the apartment she left to move into this luxurious place. When she called me to come and help her unpack I was in disbelief to what my eyes where seeing. The 3,000 dollar a month loft was left disgusting. No one ever cleaned it when the other tenants left. So I did the work . The manager came to see what they had payed someone to clean and acted like we were crazy. His answer to our questions were sorry that the place wasn't clean to your standards. At that moment I lost it and said are you serious ? Get the F out of here is what I wanted to say but I stayed quiet. I didn't want to make matters worse. To make the long story short here is a word of advise make sure if you are planning to rent a loft here you don't.

Living in the Bank Lofts was wonderful! The units are incredibly spacious and the price per square foot is nowhere close to across the Port in Long Beach. Building was super quiet with extremely pleasant neighbors. Plus, I have never experienced the power of my unit's shower ever in my life. Amusingly, it is the one greatest regret I have from having to relocate for work 🙂

Oh my goodness, everything from the management to the community here is absolutely amazing! Evan has to be the nicest guy I've ever talked to and was very communicative with me during the entire application and move in process. Aside from that, the amenities here are great! I like that the complex has kept up to date with modern access control and parcel lockers, as well as a clean gym and social lounge! The communal areas are all very well kept and it seems like everybody cares about where they live. I absolutely recommend this community if you can fit it into your budget. I was on the fence about it because it was right at the top of mine, but I'm glad I took the plunge!

Oh, one more thing about the application process, I really like that they take a holding deposit and take the unit off the market while you're applying. That was a huge bonus to comfort, and it means the only reason you wouldn't get a unit is if your app was denied. I wish more places did that!
