Just finished my one year lease and am now renting moth to month. I've only had great experiences with Arlys. She has been understanding in every way. we've been 2 months late on rent without any late fees due to the fact we have had no complaints against us. Repairs do take a bit to get to but considering how many employees are actually there at any given time, they make good time. One other negative is their hours of operation. It makes it really hard when working a regular job to make it in and pay considering we pay cash almost all of the time. I've had no problems with my house unlike with previous landlords.

I purchased a mobile home through Santa Fe Realty and couldn't have had a better experience. Arlys has been extremely patient, informative, communicative, responsive etc. and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else for my first home purchase. Highly recommend!

I have been renting from Arlys for 2 and a half years. She is always helpful when it comes to fixing things in the house. She is also kind when it comes to mistakes in paying rent a little late. Reasonably priced and willing to work with you.

They were called repeatedly to make repairs and never follow up. And when they finally did they gave my gf #s to call to schedule her own repairs. Isn’t that the job of property management?!?!?! Too many repairs to list and my gf fears retribution so I’m being purposely vague, but these people want rent on time but can care less to fix issues in their properties.

Very bad experience. All way threatening to raise prices. Lived in a single family hone they split to make two different apartments the bigger one payed for the smaller utility’s which could get really expensive. Had old fridge die took a week to get a new one and they made it sound like they were doing us a favor by replacing it. Would not recommend this company
