Be carful when you want rent here. They have old lady in the management and she is approximately 90 years old ! She say one time 700 for two room and next day 750 and it is depends to her feeling ! One time , I wanted rent here and she told me you can think and come in tomorrow! So I went and when I came back and wanted rent in the 8:00 morning , she told me this apartment is gone and that’s all! I asked other students and they confirm this situation already! She only interested money and when students recommend more , she give apartment to other ! Please don’t accept her recommendation very fast because she decrease price in tomorrow if you wait ! Don’t worry about apartment please and relax to find apartment in Troy. You can bid up price with her ! You have money and wisdom not only money ! Think about this please.

When attempting to lease a duplex with this management, they were helpful at first. They told us what we wanted to hear and gave us a great deal verbally. When the lease was sent to us, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and the woman in charge lost her mind and replied completely unprofessional and rude, saying that "we should just trust her" and we shouldn't have to have our agreements in writing. We went in to get our money back, and after speaking with her again about the lease issues, she yelled that she didn't need to rent with us and threw our money at us and told us to leave. This management is obviously trying to take application fees and then run people away, or get them to sign a lease with things on it that weren't verbally agreed upon so that, in the future, they would be able to pull more money out of college students' pockets. Do not rent from them if you can help it. Save yourself the time, money, and trouble.

Living at Saunders apartment. it was rather nice, clean, friendly/ peaceful experience! They're a great family, kind and helpful! I'm glad I'm surrounded by friendly people!

They do not put things in record, so as to scalp you with hidden fees later on. Management is very rude and disrespectful. This only after APPLYING for a lease. Do not work with or for this company, nor any of their properties.
