Our experience with Scout as property owner has been excellent! Our property manager (Grattan) explained everything very well, responsive to emails & texts, and ultimately found a great tenant for us. We feel reassured that our property (and tenant) will be taken care of. They also have a good system both for tenants as well as for landlords. I can see my account online, transactions, documents, etc. If you're looking for a property manager that cares about your property, give Scout a call. We talked to a few companies before deciding to go with Scout, and we've been really pleased.

I worked with Julie Spangler and her team at Scout Property Management. They were very responsive and quick to get us any information we might need. Julie is very knowledgeable when it comes to the leasing agreements and is a good liaison between the homeowners and us as tenants. Well this review is 10 years in the making!! We moved to Temecula from out of state in 2013 and Melissa was so helpful with the leasing process. Anytime we have a concern with the property or if something major has broken such as the water heater, scout property will have someone out fast to fix it. We feel grateful to have such a great property management and experience of 10 years with them! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a house to rent or if they need a management company.
