THE BEST!!!! SD Property Management not only has the best properties in all of LA, but the best team ever! I am so happy to call Villa Rebecca (310 N Crescent Dr) my new home. Georgina the property manager is AMAZING!! She’s so kind and incredibly hard working. She goes above and beyond with everything in the building. She remembers every resident’s name, and is so remarkably friendly. She even helped me settle in to my new apartment explaining everything in such detail and giving amazing recommendations for places to see and check out in the area. BEST OF ALL - She made so many amazing adjustments to my apartment that I didn’t even need to request, such as new paint, improving shelving, and installing new kitchen cabinets. It was so nice of her!! I’ve lived in so many buildings across the country and have never had such an amazing manager. Don’t walk - RUN - to sign for a unit with SD Property Management, because they fill up units fast and for good reason. They’re the best of the best!!!!

Horrible management. Living at this residence for two years, I have filed multiple complaints in regards to a neighbor allowing their cat to poop outside in common area. Totally unsanitary. Management has done nothing about it to this day and it’s been months already.
Now It’s 8am, property management scheduled demolition to the apartment above me. Imagine me waking up to this loud slamming and breaking noises. I call
Management of course they will jot it down for next time. A JOKE TO THEM. No consideration or empathy for their tenants.

I can’t say enough good things about this property management company! I reside in a building in West Hollywood 1 bed 1 bath w/ great amenities. Maintenance is always on top of things! Property Manager is super sweet down to earth always willing to help and on top of things! Her Supervisor Georgina is also great! Such a great community. Their office staff is always helpful. Had an issue with a charge and their accountant Rephael was super quick to help and fix the issue. 10/10 would definitely recommend 🙂

I have been a resident at one of SD properties for about 4 years. I haven't moved honestly due to the management, I’ve lived in other luxury buildings before and it always feels like l need to make an appointment to speak with someone just to get a simple response. I love that the management is very involved with any concerns I have or maintenance issues. They are always super responsive and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend to rent at any of their properties.

Recently, my wife and I moved from Villa Rebecca (now called 310 Crescent Condos, I believe?) Anyhow, Georgina Patrizio is an outstanding Property Manager, and we think the world of her. She is professional, always responsive, and always with a smile to share. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and support during a stressful move.

We lived at this property for 6 years and we've seen many renters come and go. Georgina is by far the best Property Manager we've ever worked with. I wanted to share one experience we had that is a good indicator of Georgina's value to your company.

On a particularly windy day we had a potted plant fall off our balcony to the ground below. I asked Georgina if I could retrieve the item and the broken vase. Georgina not only retrieved and saved the plant, but she personally repaired the pot and returned it to us the same day. That, to me, is a great indicator of her professionalism and personality. She cares and in this crazy world we live in, that quality carries a tremendous importance to my wife and me.

I could go on and on, but this is the best example I have of her degree of professionalism and her outstanding support as a Property Manager.
We say keep her as part of your client support team, promote her, and give her a huge raise and bonus. This level of "awesomeness" should not go unnoticed!

We are thankful for having a wonderful person like Georgina in our lives.

I had a viewing yesterday, the young lady was nice made it seem like I was going to get it but I got denied a hour later saying my credit it's only one thing on my credit for 100$ I sent in everything else and I'm on section 8 so they are going to get paid regardless I think they just scam people for the application money DONT RENT FROM THEM IF YOUR A BLACK SINGLE MOM THEY WILL NOT HELP OR WORK WITH YOU AT ALL
