The supervisor named Crystal has probably some of the worst customer service i have experienced. Her comments and attitude i wish on no other customers. After i asked her a simple question about ID, her answer was very rude. She kept saying i was having a bad day and proceeded to repeat it. Note i have been feeling sick due to the weather. I followed up with another question and again her response was with attitude. After i asked for her supervisor she stated she was the one. Due to her smart mouth and attitude I will no longer bank here. I hope for anyone visiting this branch, they avoid her service.

This used to be a great branch with friendly people. Now, they are inconsistent (some people have to remove hats while others wear both hat and glasses inside), and they don't provide the resources they claim. I went to take out some money and was told that the limit was $10k/day. I needed closer to $20k. So I asked if I could take $10k today and then $10k tomorrow and Gloria told me that if I did that I would be committing some sort of "structuring" fraud with the IRS. I'm being accused of a crime? So then I asked when could I take out the other $10k and she said she didn't know. So I said I'll take the $10k but then I was told they only have $5k. What? First I can take out $10k but this branch can't cover it? Then she insisted that she needed to know why I needed the money. I told her it's for a trailer but that it's none of her business. She said it IS her business. What I'm about ready to take ALL my money out and close my account. No, it's none of her business.

Used to be a good local bank, but now charges big fees, and offers low rates. I accidentally did a money transferred using my checking instead of savings. Even I had plenty money in my savings to cover overdraft, I still got hit with a $32 "courtesy transfer fee"

This is by far the worst bank I have ever worked with not this location specifically but this whole chain is garbage. Apps are hard to work with and navigate. Establishing an outside bank transaction is a joke compared to other major banks. I am constantly locked out of my account because they want verification codes through text or email and even when I'm on deployment and can not get this information them and they are unwilling to work with me on this. forget calling their help line for technical assistance you will wait on the phone for awhile on hold.... Talking my business to USAA and Navy federal credit union.

This branch Penasquitos is specifically welcoming and customer service friendly. I do need to regularly come in, and I appreciate the genuine kindness of the tellers and the manager. They remember me and are always helpful in addressing any needs I may have. I am not the biggest fan of SDCCU’s phone system, but going into the branch is always easy and, to be honest, an enjoyable experience.

Why is your website so terrible? It times me out and logs me out when I am actively downloading statements. Then it will not allow me to log back in, but times out repeatedly after entering my user ID and pressing the Log In button. Want to contact SDCCU support by email? Well, you can only message SDCCU if you are logged in, so if you can't log in then what? Downloading statements takes already takes forever since they can only be downloaded individually through many clicks, then individually manually renamed since the PDF files are given the unhelpful name of "download.pdf". A process that should take a few minutes is going on 2 hours and counting. Thanks, SDCCU, for making your website so "secure" that it is completely inaccessible for me.

I've been with SDCCU since 1995, have had "Bank" accounts and still have other accounts with two other Credit Unions. Due to different areas I have lived through out San Diego I've received services on a consistent basis and have always received top notch service, far better than the other two credit unions, even while we experienced some rough times.
