I used the ATM to get cash for tips, and ended up with a $50 bill. Worthless! So I went in the bank to get change. I was in a hurry and there were no other customers. They made me prove I was a customer even though I had the ATM receipt in my hand, and then I had to wait until they went to the safe and got small bills, and then count the money or whatever. I was late for my appointment and had to reschedule. I told them I was in a hurry and they kept saying it wouldn't take long. That's not what I call customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about this branch. I walked in just 30 minutes before close on a Saturday afternoon and asked about a car loan. They stayed late and got it done for me even after I offered to come back on Monday. FANTASTIC! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

The manager L.... was unnecessarily difficult and rude!!! Never ever had a problem or issue with any other branch, ever!
I would recommend avoiding this location and stick to the others where the customer service is always above and beyond wonderful and helpful service!

Totally agree with Seth - this branch is particularly difficult to deal with. Ongoing issues seem to drag on and staff is overly phony.
