Jason our property manager is great!!
He responds within one minute every time we text him and he is great about answering any questions we have. When applying to apartments he is one of the reasons why we picked to apply to the apartment we’re in now! He was super great during our tour and while we were signing the lease as well he was so hopeful!

Seabird has been such a lifesaver. They have managed my apartment building in Vista since 2021. When they first took over the property we had a lot of tenant issues, but they cleaned it up and made the whole process so much easier. I don’t have to worry about finding good tenants, paying bills or property repairs anymore, because they take care of it all.
I really appreciate is how responsive they are. Anytime I have a question or need something, they’re on it right away. They always keep me updated, and I always feel like my property is in good hands. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their properties managed.

Jason was absolutely instrumental in the process my Dad and I had in renegotiating a 30 year lease that had never been revised for a current market. He is patient, kind and completely knowledgeable in his expertise. Our difficult situation was seamless in renegotiating terms. Jason dealt with all parties professionally, even when pointing out they had been taking advantage of my Father for decades.
