You are able to find better coverage on your own. They charge you to shop insurance for you and you can find the coverage better for yourself by dealing directly with the insurance companies.

Had 1 claim in about 20 years with them when someone broke into my house and never got a dime. They offered no help when I had ask but they were happy to take my money when it was due.The very last month they told me my insurance company was going out of business they would get me another insurance company. When they did I saw the outrageous cost and it left a bad taste in my mouth for me. They did nothing to help me but I kept paying them like a fool knowing full well if anything happened I would never get a dime. But honestly that place should be reported to the better business bureau
