Been with this bank for almost 10 years and they have been awesome the entire time. I've never had an issue with them. My only complaint is that the app is a toss up if it works or not. But you can call for your account balance if needed. Will continue to recommend people to bank here .

I’ve been with this bank for almost 6 years. A 5 star review is an understatement. I love this bank as they have a special connection with their customers. They truly will treat you like family. The staff is very nice and professional. Only ever had one mixup but within 6 years and yes we are all human and make mistakes. They handled it very professionally, and in a timely manner. Thank you Security State Bank of Gillette and all of your wonderful employees you guys are truly amazing!

We were on the road, far from home, and needed some legal services. We didn't know where to go, but showed up at this bank chosen randomly. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us beyond our expectations, especially loan officer, Mindy Stoner. Hospitality and service above and beyond!

Allways locks my card up when I’m out of town but has never prevented an actual fraud. They stranded me in Denver but allowed somebody to use my card for weeks in nyc with no warning or card lock up. There security only prevents you from using your money as you see fit.

Used to love this bank and I've been a customer from right after they opened up ,but as of the last couple months they seem to like putting their customers second to their employees...two Monday holidays in a row they decided to go ahead and be closed on Saturday as well ..which makes the customer have to wait 4 days instead of three to have a bank to take care of business. Almost every other bank in Gillette is open during these Saturdays but not my bank ...so I'm pretty sure I'm changing banks after this Tuesday!

I have been a customer since they opened and just because I support Trumps emigration policy I was thrown out of the bank and the manager called the police. I guess if you don't love illegals then you can't bank there.
