Horrible customer service..... Rep Rosty mishandled my account and caused my insurance to lapse then tried to get me to pay a reinstatement fee. Asked to speak to someone else.... it's been almos a months and still haven't heard from anyone.... Update: Just got off the phone with the office managers Ericka and she condones the behavior of their staff.... If you Proceed with this company use caution
