I rented an apartment from them near brady street a few months ago, the apartment had a strange smell, cockroaches came out of the floor and the sink, the bathroom sink only had hot water and not cold, it had no ventilation system and the place was very old. I sublet my apartment since I didn't want to continue living in those bad conditions, I paid last month's rent but left in the middle of the month since they told me the new tenant wanted to move in earlier and they told me they would give me my half of rent money back along with my deposit, I agreed to leave in the middle of the month and when they gave me my money they only gave me half of my deposit and they didn't give me the days I was not in the apartment.

Awesome rental company. My apartment is very well cared for and they are very responsive to maintenance requests. I believe their rent is completely reasonable and they do a very good job of communicating with tenants. I have resided with Select for about two years now and it’s been a good experience! My property manager Lauren has responded to any issues I had and had them fixed within 3 days of my request. Most properties are located around or close to grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, festivals and banking areas. Would highly recommend Select Property Group to anyone getting their first apartment, or wanting to go incognito for a bit.

Really enjoy renting from Select Property. I live in a super quiet building with friendly neighbors, which is an incredible relief considering the size of the complex. This place is very odd. This place go through real estate agents as a athlete go through Gatorade. I've been looking for a apartment for about two months. I've been through three different agents that have the exact same work number. One of them was visibly high when I did a building tour. I didn't comment on it. To be polite and to gain favor hopefully getting the apartment. But yeah this guy was blazed out of his mind.

Because I'm a young person without any credit history.they good night and the apartment even when I offer it to pay even more on the security deposit.

when I try to talk to someone about any possible arrangements that I can do they just been ignoring me and they also ignored my friend who's in a very similar situation to me. So it kind of seems like they don't want to rent to first time renters or young people in general. (I just hope it wasn't a racial thing)
