Finally, I was able to get into my new account after a week of trying. Tony at the Credit Union was a huge help. Thank you Tony!
Overall it was an exercise in frustration. I think a lot of things could’ve been done differently I.e. better instructions.
But all is well that ends well.
Once I was able to sign onto the new website I found it quite comprehensive and easy to maneuver.
Sad to say during all of the frustration of the conversion I did change to a different Credit Union after 51 years of being with Premier community!

always a long line and seem understaffed they don't answer the phones a lot of the times. this branch has no drive through. the only thing that this bank has going for it , is the nice tellers

I was a member for over 15 years. Self-Help Federal Credit Union did not make the transition smooth. You lost a very loyal customer, I've been waiting for a call back since the 3rd at 10am I was 80th in the que and used the call back option you never called me back. My family and our accounts with you will be leaving.

They botched the switch to self help federal . By making you get a new bank account number on June 1st instead of allowing you to use old and new accounts temporarily making it extremely inconvenient. The ATM never works properly either. I'm glad I bailed out and switched to another bank before they switched over to self help. Bummer I was with premier for 22 years.

Very poor service so far, over an hour wait to speak to someone, ended up hanging up. Went to the credit union, the line was out the door, Costco would not take my Premier debt card. I went to the drive through, they wanted $2.50 to get money out of the ATM. We are looking at changing credit unions. They want to blame Covid for poor service. They should have been prepared.

The transaction to "Self Help" has been anything but smooth! Even after going into the branch for assistance, working with their staff, I am still locked out of my account!

Even trying to close my account with them has been a hassle! Living out of state makes it worse!

I definitely suggest selecting a more people centered company!

If I could give zero stars I would. The switch over with self help federal credit union is probably one of the worst switch over with banks I have ever seen. My parents have banked there for over 30 years. They are leaving. The customer service is terrible! The wait times at the Ben holt location are atrocious.
