I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my parking permit request. Despite submitting my application, I have yet to see any progress on the approval or processing of my request. This delay is not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable, especially considering that I am paying for HOA service.

To make matters worse, I visited your office in Annandale, VA, in an attempt to resolve the issue in person. Unfortunately, my experience there was disheartening and frustrating. I was met with a lack of professionalism and what seemed to be a complete disregard for my concerns. The staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful, offering no clear explanation or solution to my problem.

As a the community residence I expect better service and accountability. The lack of communication, delays, and poor customer service I encountered have left me extremely dissatisfied. I request that my parking permit be processed promptly, and that immediate attention be given to improving the professionalism and efficiency of your office staff.

This has to be the worst HOA company I've ever experienced! I setup my account for quarterly auto-pay and they pulled the annual amount. I questioned it and all they could do was say they were sorry.

I now receive a bill for last year dues that I was never billed for last year, and a late fee attached! They removed that fee for me at least, but then when I asked if I could pay the mount due I was told their system is down until the 22nd. Seriously?

If you're buying a home make sure it's not Sentry for your HOA company.

Sentry Management provides management services for my condo community. The first thing I noticed was the high level of communication and service from court property manager, Christie Beruete. Christie works with an amazing onsite facilitator, Francisco. I think the community is lucky to have them both.

I would love to connect with Johnny T (reviewer on this site a few days ago), as my first three months of payments were deposited to TCC instead of RHC, and I’ve been threatened with collections for non-payment.

I hand delivered a payment, wrote my account number and address on the check, got a receipt, and they still put it into the wrong account. I miss Capitol Management.

Working with Keri Dunlap as a vendor with Sentry Management has been an absolute pleasure. When I had a payment issue, she walked with me step by step, day by day, to help resolve it. She treated the situation with such care, as if it were a personal matter, and constantly reassured me that I wasn’t alone in the process.
