Sequoia equities is a great company. My boyfriend and I fell in love with one of their properties, Shadow Ridge Apartment Homes the minute we saw it! We started our search 4 months before we had to move and this was the first and only place we looked at. Somerville greeted us and was down to earth and bubbly! She showed us everything and was very transparent from the beginning. Because of our experience touring with her and seeing the grounds we knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else. This is the best place for the price, peace, and pets! They are extremely pet friendly and make your pet even feel like they are home too! Closer to move in Shannon was also very helpful and knowledgeable and we liked how the service manager was cracking jokes with us. Shadow Ridge is 10/10

Since taking on Larkspur Woods in Sacramento, they have improved the parking situation and include resident fulfilling events and projects. We have food trucks that come by every other week and my dog loves the dog park!

The team at Sequoia is the sweetest. We helped shoot a commercial for them, and it was a blast from start to finish. The property and apartments are nicely maintained and the landscaping is beautiful! It was a hot day, and I desperately wanted to jump into the pool. But alas, we had a job to do. Definitely worth a tour if you're considering moving!
