I was on the Board of my HOA for six years, including 4.5 years as President. I appreciated the great work of Sequoia's team, led by Larry Gilbert with his vast experience, sound judgment, and sense of humor. Sequoia provides great value for our neighborhood.

If you happen to buy a property that is being managed by Sequoyah Management Inc please reconsider not buying the property because this management company is the worst in the world all they want to do is take your money and they're not want to be responsible for anything.

I had a branch from the community tree that they fail to trim for in my car the damage in my vehicle or over $3,000 and they did not want to cover it.

Please please save the headache and financial burden that you are going to have if you purchase a property that is going to be managed by this horrible company.

The headquarters is close to Chantilly Virginia.

They'll Block access to pay for ur HOA feeds Creating a case to with their also well Known Chadwick" partnerships and it seems they continue to do this I really highly would tell people to not even think living under this management theu are Liars, thiefts that continues to target people to cause them trouble their poor communation is absolutly ridiculous we must get this Associon Cancell.

I live in Centerville around Paddington Ln area, I have called so many times to place a complain about a neighbor using the visitor parking spot as his own. I left so many messages to Lisa, but Lisa never replies calls or messages, the receptionist is polite but helpless, I tried to conned with the manager and the email I was provided, bounced back to me, and the message says BLOCKED, I feel complete helpless
My complain is about unit 14849 at Leicester Ct, the owner parks his cars all the time in the visitors parking spot not giving a chance for to others to use, he rotates his cars, he also parks his company car which is prohibited, and nobody else can take the space, I left so many messages in this regard, but nobody gets back to me or do anything about it.
No customer service at all. I wish I had the name of the manager to reach out to him.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Jaimie Trevethan is my HOA community manager, have called multiple times and always leave a message with someone saying that they will let her know to call me back. I never get a phone call, when attempting to email her, the email automatically gets rejected.

I sent in 2 checks for my HOA dues, and they have not been cashed. Then they decide to send me a letter saying that my account will go to collections. The best part is that letter wasn't even mailed, I just got a random lady coming to my front door and dropping it off (AFTER the day it says they are sending it to collections).

If you live in a neighborhood that is managed by this company, run and run fast.

I have been a resident in two different neighborhoods that used Sequoia. The prior community property manager was not great, however our current manager Haley is absolutely fantastic - responsive and knowledgeable of our community rules and very helpful.

A group of inept paper pushers who make you feel like you should leave the neighborhood and home you live in rather than helping to foster a community environment. Monica Ruiz repeatedly sent me violation notices for pre existing conditions of my home including the color of my deck and the color of my light fixtures. There are easily 15-20 different color decks and fences within view of my yard and mine matches several. Same with the light fixtures. When i emailed them photos to get approval, they printed them in black and white and then denied my request because the could not see the color in the photos. After mailing physical photos they told me that my forms were incomplete because blank sections that did not apply to my request needed to have “N/A” rather than be left blank. They would not just do that for me so i had to start all over and resubmit everything. I was then threatened with fines and legal action. After dozens and dozens of emails back and forth with Rochelle, i finally drove to the office to submit everything in person. After leaving the office i was called and told that i needed to come back and fill in another pointless section of the forms. A month later i got “approved” for the conditions of my home that have been the way they are for years. What an absolute waste of time and money we spend on this “management” company. They make you want to sell your home and live somewhere without an HOA. Avoid Sequoia neighborhoods at all cost!!!!!

Absolutely zero professionalism. Have been waiting weeks for a pool pass from sequoia management in Wellington condominium location. Missy Hayden should not be dealing with clients, extremely unprofessional, talks over the person and doesn’t give a chance to voice concerns. They pick and choose which violations to enforce and will take days/weeks to get back to an email. I have another house with HOA that manages a lot more houses than this hoa, but sequoia seems to be way too busy to get back to homeowners.
