One of the most important tools you can have as a real estate investor is having a reliable source of funds. Sequoian Investments Inc. is one of the best in San Diego. They have funded countless deals for me and are one of the quickest in the business. They are one of my go to hard money lenders and their rates almost make you forget it's hard money... okay maybe a bit of an exaggeration but they're very cheap for the level of service they provide. Tell them Carlo sent you and I'm sure they'll cut you a great deal... then again they might charge you double =)
