Tristan, Brendan and Brad were all great guys. Super informative and helpful in understanding the water mitigation issues we had. They were all great with their communication and did a great demolition job, keeping the house clean and tidy, vacuuming up the carpets and disposing of all the wet materials.

Ian was great and thorough, stayed longer to make it all happen as he knew we were crunched for time. From start to finish the staff have been helpful and efficient! Made the entire process of drying our place out easy and communicated with the insurance company well. Will recommend over and over. We stayed in the home as we have a working farm house and they guided us through things to best benefit getting our home back to order. They only helped with overall mitigation no fixing as we want to hire our own contractor. That process was easy and straight forward and they helped to guide us through steps to prevent severe damage before they could get out.

Brad,Maddy,and Tristan were awesome!
I felt super comfortable having them in my home when I was staying in a motel. They were meticulous in cleaning the smoke damage. They sent my area rugs out to be professionally cleaned. Cleaned the duct work and change the filters. Definitely recommend them!

We called Service Masters JTS when we saw water dripping from a ceiling pot light in our downstairs entry hall, coming from the upstairs shower above that light. Ladonna is the first person with whom we spoke and she was wonderful, explaining the process, setting up our visit, and following up throughout the work. Tristan was the tech who came to diagnose the issue and discuss all that his mitigation part of the restoration would involve. He handled every part of the mitigation with complete respect for our home and propery, and included us in every area of work to be sure we understood and approved all. He did a perfect job and inspired complete confidence through every step. We couldn't be more pleased with Tristan and with Brett whose restoration estimates and all paperwork were timely and complete, including changes that we requested. Thank you to all; a pleasure to work with.

They did a great job helping us out after a broken faucet caused a lot of water damage upstairs and down. Maddy especially was a great manager and helped us immensely through the process of getting our house dried out and set up for the next steps. She communicated well and explained everything that needed to happen to get us back to normal.

Josh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how to clean up after a water leak. Since the technician who came out did not detect any mold, Josh guided me on how to dry the area and follow proper procedures to prevent any future issues. I truly appreciate his honest approach and was very grateful for his help.

They were prompt and the tech was polite and helpful. My concern was the way they bill for service. The initial service call was 220.....however the final est and bill added a 1.75 hr travel charge for that. So the service charge IS NOT 220 it's about 350. Why wouldn't that initial service charge be all inclusive? Deceptive kinda.
