We had a small leak from our ice maker that was quickly discovered and repaired, but it damaged two of the floorboards in front of our refrigerator. We have hardwood floors that are glued down so we needed to get a reasonable idea of whether there was moisture under the floor without tearing up our floors. ServPro was super fast; they had someone out to our house within a few days of my call and they were able to check the moisture levels throughout our kitchen and dining areas without damaging my floors. They were on time for the appointment and very helpful! I hope we never need their services in the future but if we do I will not hesitate to call them! Very much appreciate the help and great service!

At 3am I woke up to it raining in my hallway. By that morning Kelso/Longview Servpro was on the job. Linda managed the drying out and cleaning up like a pro. Dawn is an amazing Admin for the reconstruction phase. She functions as the Project Coordinator and does a stellar job. Our contractor/Project Manager Hector took care of all the details for reconstruction. The subcontractor Negrete’s were helpful, clear on the work, and we’re already working with them again on home repairs. Theresa and her team were so easy to work with on the pack outs and move ins. There was a lot of logistics, and water damage is a big problem. We had a great team walking us through it all. We won’t hesitate to recommend Servpro again.
