Disappointing Customer Experience

I scheduled an appointment with SERVPRO of San Clemente for a home inspection to assess smoke, soot, and ash damage in Pasadena following the Eaton Fire. After waiting a full week for the appointment, I was unexpectedly asked the day before to sign a Work Authorization form. When I requested to review the document and sign after meeting their team, I was informed that my appointment would be canceled because they, "...are prioritizing customers that are ready to move forward with us first.."

Essentially, after a week of waiting, my appointment was canceled simply because I wanted to meet with them first before committing. This approach felt unprofessional and dismissive, especially given the urgency and stress that comes with post-fire recovery. I expected better service and consideration.

Servpro of San Clemente/San Juan Capistrano was extremely knowledgeable with the water damage we had due to the rains, drywall was removed and dryers were setup to prevent mold. Heather, Ramon and Miguel did a great job responding to our concerns and in providing great service.

Had a kitchen fire that spread heavy smoke & soot throuout my home. Hired this Servpro company to work with me & my insurance co. Obtained immediate responce to my needs. Developed a budget & contract to follow to get the job done. Continued to tweek both as the process continued. They assigned a project manager (Pat Rudolph) who worked with me constantly throughout the 3 mo. process. Very professional at all times. Showed strong construction skills. I could not have expected better communication and cooperation. Always showing concerns for my wishes on reconstruction back to normal. I would recommend strongly anyone with similar problems use this company to help get your life back in order in a timely manner. The entire crew of many it took all showed strong experience, professionalisim, and concerns to my needs.

OMG!! The service that this company provides is top tier. I was going through floor remodel and was having a crazy time with the flooring company and Servepro made it so easy for me. Adam, Stefan, Nathan, Erik, and Leo are all hard workers. They also made me and my family feel comfortable in our own home. Hard workers are hard to come by. Our HOA covered and sent service from Servpro and everyone so far has been helpful. Israel was the coordinator who inspected our garage first. He was knowledgeable and showed good customer service, kept it pretty straightforward and easy to contact! Gave me info what to expect.

Servpro sent Nate and Ramon for our drywall removal in the garage who came on time and were professional! They even helped me move a few things to clear part of the garage area. Nate and Ramon kept a good attitude starting early morning and explained the service they provided. They created good covering on their work area to keep our garage clean! They also finished at the initial estimated time that I was informed they would finish so I could kinda plan the rest of my day.

It will take multiple visits to complete the work since we’re waiting for adequate dry time after removal before the dry wall replacement but first day is great so far! Glad we got good help to fix our garage leak! Thanks again Israel, Nate & Ramon.

We found Servpro through our insurance. Matt, Eric and Rodolfo were wonderful to work with after the unfortunate leak we had in our home. They packed our things away for us so neatly before they dried out our kitchen, pantry and laundry room. Matt was great at communicating and providing updates from beginning to end. The same goes for their assistants who were prompt in scheduling. I would 100% recommend Servpro to anyone who needs restoration services!
