If you want an agent that is honest, kind, humble and also willing to help you in any way firsthand, then Shabby Shaw is the agent for you and your family. During my interaction with her office, I had the pleasure of speaking to Shabby directly when I switched over my policies. Unlike the office I had before where I almost never spoke to the actual agent but only their staff for years. When I got a crack on my windshield, Shabby was excellent in explaining the process making the whole thing easy to understand, fast and effortless. I also interacted with Sera from the office and she was also helpful during the window claim process. So thankful to have found this agent Shabby as it is evident her and the staff are truly looking out for their clients. I even stopped by the office and I was given a box of Girl Scouts cookies as a thank you. What a surprising but wonderful treat that was!

My husband & I have been with State Farm, in this office since the 1980s. Shabby’s office is always very professional & helpful. I spoke with Sarah today & she helped me make a couple of payments & put my mind at ease. I have also spoken with Dario, & Jerry in the past & they were great as well. Shabby is always available to speak with if needed.

Shabby, Claudia and Sera are amazing! My family and I have been with State Farm for several years now. The girls are always there to answer my questions and take care of my billing needs. I really feel like they are family. They take care of us on a personal level not just an insurance level. They go out of their way for us to make sure that we are getting the best products for our needs and our budget. Thank you ladies for all that you do! FAST! In & Out that quick! Fit my budget!!"Like a good neighbor.." Shabby is her own State Farm Insurer. No daily texts, bothersome daily e-mailes either. she is So friendly and down to business (lowest in price). I personally shopped, I went to Allstate, AAA and A different State Farm also experienced online quotes (hidden fees). Shabby=straight up quote on phone and was same quote IN PERSON! Her office is friendly on the outside as well as staffed on the inside. Shabby even offered to come in on Saturday, when she is off, to help me meet my DMV demands. I came in a day early to free up her Saturday and happily signed my auto insurance plan with her!!! I even received a special gift. How sweet!! Thanks Gabby for you and your wonderful staff person who Greeted me so kindly when I arrived. God Bless.

Marco has taken care of me and my auto insurance for years. He is family, as far as I am concerned. Even when I just need to hear a voice at the other end of the line, he's there for.me. I tell everyone how he treats his "clients/customers," how he makes you feel like family. And how he does his best to make sure I am getting the best price possible on my insurance. I couldn't ask for a better insurance agent, or a better friend either.

I have been dealing with Claudia in Shabby’s office for over 40 years. The office has always been helpful and polite in obtaining answers but my primary interactions have been with Claudia and I could not ask for a more efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive person. Claudia is my go to person for insurance related issues and I have never been disappointed!
