My is experience is not good. When you call into the agencies and have questions, representative will say they are calling you back but you never get a return call. I have had questions regarding my account and no ones seems to know anything i am told they will look into my account and resolve the problem, but problem never gets resolved. I am disappointed with Allstate customer service, it HORRIBLE.

Treated like a gym membership. I join and with no explanation you begin to see withdrawals taking from your account on multiple charges. I don't know when they plan to withdraw from the account. I was told pick a date and I did. Then they ask should they cancel as if it's simple enough like a gym membership. Now you have DMV on your back 😒
