Sharp PM is inefficient. Sharp PM is offensive. Sharp PM lacks professionalism.
It took 7 email requests asking for the date of an upcoming HOA meeting. She was being manipulative & obnoxious.
Sharp, herself, placed my wife and I in jeopardy for reporting trash left in front of the building. Sharp told the homeowner that we accused them when we only suggested that the unit in question had construction work done.
Sharp never should have let that homeowner know who reported the trash.
That homeowner lashed out in angry emails & demontrative and intentionally intimidating behavior.
Sharp has overstayed her welcome at Signal View HOA in Long Beach.
If you know a great management company please let me know!
As of today, October 15th, the overwhelming belief amongst home owners & renters is Sharp Property Management must be fired immediately & replaced with a modern professional property management company!
I highly recommend you not employ Sharp Property Management for your real estate needs.

There should be an option for negative stars. The owner, Bonnie, as stated by others should not be providing this service or any other service for that matter. She's rude. She will not bother to read even short emails before dismissing them as irrelevant. She'll tell you that poor workmanship provided by the people she hires is somehow your fault. It's mind boggling that's she's able to stay in business at all. Myself and other owners are currently looking to have her replaced as our HOA management Co.

I would NEVER deal with this company again! The owner is rude, unorganized, and always confused! She has no business being in the property management business. She has hung up on my biz partner me multiple times, and her office looks like a bomb went off with stacks of paper everywhere. Furthermore, she berates her employees (While I was on the phone listening) and doesn't listen well. She is always "Too busy" and will rightly tell you so! The nerve! Here accounting was the issue. They misappropriated money to the wrong property and it took well over a year to clear it up. I have worked with PLENTY of business people in my day, and Sharpe's owner EASILY ranks as one of the top 3 worst.

I hate to agree with other reviewers here, as I dislike internet trolls, but we tried to hire her to help run our small 24 unit HOA in downtown Long Beach. The transition was messy, she was disorganized, made numerous serious errors, and after running weeks late on our transition to her organization, totally dropped the ball, made excuses, and then essentially we had to end our relationship.
