O out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend. Long story short I had an accident Oct 21st in which my vehicle was totaled. I reported this to the insurance company back in October & as of today my account was still be drafted for car insurance on a vehicle that I no longer had. I called to ask if I was still be drafted and was told yes so I requested that they cancel the insurance and back date it. They then stated that if they did that that they would charge my home insurance $700 due to the multi insurance discount. I explained that I shouldn’t have to be penalized for what they didn’t stop at the time that my vehicle was reported totaled. I then was asked to get liability insurance on the VIN of my totaled vehicle that way going forward I would only be paying $70, AGAIN ON A VEHICLE THAT IS TOTALED! I asked that the billing department/underwriter give me a call. I then received a call from Jamie Marsh She called me rudely explaining what her agent told her which was falsified information. As I tried to explain myself I was drowned out by her rage. She was yelling so loud and aggressively it made no sense. As I explained that she was being very unprofessional she continued so I matched her ignorance by yelling back at her which she then hung up in my face. Upon returning the call she was still overly aggressive and rude as hell. She mad mention to the fact that she owned the place and that she is the manager and she will cancel both of my insurances if she chooses to effective immediately, at which point I really didn’t give a dang. She also made mention to the fact that me calling to report the accident with the number that was on my cards was wrong, I should have contacted her office. Keep in mind the accident was at night. The conversation wasn’t getting any better at all it only got worse and sad thing is, that this is the short version that took place. I pray that the government is able to pull all calls and hear just how unprofessional and rude she is. If you’re looking for insurance Shelter insurance is not the way to go especially not through Jamie Marsh.
Oh I forgot she did call back after the madness with a completely different tone of voice and I had to ask “who is this” when she stated it was Jamie Marsh I said oh I didn’t recognize your voice being that you like yelling now please don’t call me ever again and I found great joy in hanging up in her face.

This is probably the best insurance company I have ever used. I have never felt more like family and when things get tight, and they do often, Mrs. Marsh is the first to let me know that it'll be alright and they have my back. When I was in an accident, she took the stress off my shoulders and allowed me the peace of mind to be able to keep going. I would hands down recommend anyone and everyone to work with her.

Jamie Marsh is an Awsome Agent! I was needing Life insurance and she worked with exactly what I needed and she explained to me the difference between term and whole life. Life insurance can be very confusing if someone doesn't explain it to you. She also did it in such a timely manner and also being polite! So thankful I found an agent that I can stick with!
